Infield pitting will be limited with only cars with rented stalls allowed. Stalls are available on infield front straightaway and from inspection area at turn two until center of backstretch. Those with rented infield stalls in 2009 get first pick until January 25 dead line.
NOTE --- If you are caught pitted in infield with out a reserved stall, 20 Dollars will be deduced from your purse check at end of said event.
Designated Repair Area --- Center of backstretch to turn three will be tire change area.
For UMP Pro Late Models and UMP Modified cars for Heat Races, Semi, and Feature races cars pitted out side infield will be able to change a flat tire or repair car in Designated Repair Area under the two lap rule
[Cars in these two classes who are pitted in infield may use their own stall]
Emods, Street Stock and 4 Cyl Street will us above rule, except it is only allowed for their Feature and Semi..
No return to track in Heats.
Pit Crew are only allowed to cross the track between
class races.
A car which goes to his pit, after the green flag falls the first time, out side the infield will be done for that event
Pit crew will be allowed to cross track ONLY PRIOR TO A CLASS RACING AND AFTER A CLASS IS DONE RACING. EXAMPLE - Heats you cross just before a class races and leave just after a class is done.
There is NO CROSSING of track during any class race or races for yellow flags. It will be allowed on red flag, however you are to stay back from red flag area.
Pit crews must stay in their designated pit area There will be NO ONE except OFFICIALS at track ends.
Pit crews are not allowed to bother any officials during race periods or at any other time. Driver is spokesman for car. He may stop on front straightaway to talk to an official while race is flagged to a stop, he may talk to official at intermission, or he may talk to official at end of night [when all classes are done with feature races.
Time Trials
Time Trials will be used for some classes with a Dash, etc.
